Since 1978, Schneider, Schneider & Schneider has been dedicated to providing high-quality legal representation to our clients, whether they are from the region, across the country, or around the globe.
Where litigation is necessary, our lawyers have shepherded complex civil disputes and personal injury cases towards favorable outcomes for our clients, including multi-district products liability litigation, personal injury claims, wrongful termination suits, and long-term disability insurance actions. Our attorneys have helped hundreds of hard working individuals obtain Social Security disability benefits after initial wrongful denials. Schneider, Schneider & Schneider is also one of the few firms in the region to practice Minnesota workers' compensation law and assist injured workers navigating this often difficult and unfair process.
In addition to their roles as legal advocates, the attorneys of Schneider, Schneider & Schneider have a history of involvement in public service. The late John Schneider was minority leader in the North Dakota House of Representatives during his tenure with the firm and also served as North Dakota's United States Attorney, a position he held from 1993 through 2000. His son, Jasper Schneider, later represented the same Fargo legislative district while practicing law at Schneider, Schneider & Schneider before departing the firm to serve as USDA Rural Development Director for North Dakota. Mark Schneider, who retired in 2015, is a former southern regional attorney for the United States Commission on Civil Rights, and Steve Schneider served as deputy treasurer in North Dakota before entering the private practice of law. Attorney Mac Schneider currently represents Grand Forks' District 42 in the North Dakota senate and was elected by the Dem-NPL caucus to serve as minority leader during the 2013 session.
Schneider, Schneider & Schneider is committed to providing excellent legal services and caring advocacy to those we represent. If we can be of assistance to you, please contact us at 1-800-288-4481.
